Rotary Club of Mende Midtown was conceived by PDG Bola Oyebade who is also the Charter President of Rotary Club of Maryland. The idea was sold to Rtn Mariam Adegunwa during her membership of RC Maryland and about the time PDG Bola Oyebade was getting ready to start his Governorship role of the district during the year 2020-201, themed: Rotary Opens Opportunities.
Having called on Rtn Mariam Adegunwa to start a new Rotary Club, she invited Rtn Raheem Adebisi, Rtn Segun Inuejulawa and Rtn Salewa Ijituyi who were also members of RC Maryland and they all came together to share the vision of forming Rotary Club of Mende Midtwon.
